- 6 & 4 Ministry: Over 1 million dollars invested since 1993 toward: a) church building renovations, b) purchase of adjacent real estate and building to eliminate blight and develop historic properties for mix used development (housing, office, retail). This campaign was pivotal in the founding and organizing of both the Eagle Market Street Development Corporation and the Mount Zion Community Development, Incorporated both of Asheville.
